M5: Submitting a Quiz
About Submitting a Quiz
Before submitting your quiz, be sure to go back and review any questions using the "Back" and "Next" button, or by using the Question Summary Menu at the top right. Once you are ready to submit your quiz, select the "Submit Quiz" button.
Submitting Your Quiz Answers
Canvas saves your quiz as you complete it. When you are finished, choose the "Submit Quiz" button and view the quiz results to review your score.
Submitting a Quiz with Unanswered Questions
If you have not completed all of the questions in the quiz, a warning appears. Select "OK" to submit the quiz without answering those questions. Select "Cancel" to go back to your quiz and complete the unanswered questions.
Automatic Submissions with Timed Quizzes
If you do not submit a timed quiz before the time runs out, Canvas opens a pop-up box telling you that your quiz time has ended. The quiz automatically submits after the ten-second countdown, or you can click the "Ok, fine" or "x" button to submit your quiz.
